Thomas Anderson

Biography

Tommy graduated with his Ph.D. in 2024 and is currently serving as an associate clinical trial manager at Medpace. He used biochemistry and cryoEM to understand the interactions of coronavirus polymerases with other viral enzymes and co-factors and expanded our structural knowledge to other genera of coronaviruses. He was the recipient of a Biochemistry Graduate Student Fellowship, the IPiB Leirmo award for mentorship and the Cell and Molecular Biology (CMB) graduate program’s Raymond L. Erikson Exceptional Thesis Award.
